Bronze Sculpture of Dewey

Heather Beary has completed the bronze sculpture of Dewey for the library. The statue was commissioned by Tim Clifford (former Spencer resident)in memory of his parents. It is absolutely beautiful. I will send photos of the art piece as soon as I can download them from my camera. I am thrilled with how it turned out. If you get a chance to visit Spencer Public Library, you need to come in and see it for yourself.

“ DEWEY is charming, lovely, and moving. It’s about life and death and small-town values and, above all, love.”
